- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/2 cup buckwheat flour, 1/4 cup Nestle a+ slim milk, 1/4 cup mashed banana, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 1 ½ tbsp jaggery powder, 1 ½ tbsp chocolate chips, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2 Add water as required to make a thick batter of pouring consistency.
- Step 3 Heat a nonstick pan and brush 1 tsp butter. Pour a ladleful of the batter and roast on low heat until tiny bubbles appear.
- Step 4 Flip and roast.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped almonds.
- Step 6 Serve.
