- Step 1 In a nonstick pan, heat 1½ tsp oil, add 1 tsp jeera and 1 bay leaf.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2½ tbsp fresh peas, 2½ tbsp chopped carrot, 75 gm diced chicken, 1/4 tsp haldi, salt as per taste and saute till golden brown.
- Step 3 Add 3/4 cup chopped methi leaves, 1½ tsp white til and saute till the methi leaves are wilted or softened.
- Step 4 Add cooked buckwheat and mix it well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle twist by adding mixed nuts.
- Step 6 Serve hot with raita.
