For Dough
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp buckwheat flour, 2 tbsp whole wheat flour and salt as per taste and mix it well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Add 2 tbsp Nestle a+ Slim Dahi, mix, and knead into the soft dough. If the dough is dry then add water as required.
- Step 4 Cover and rest the dough for 10 minutes.

For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil and add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 cup minced chicken, 2 tbsp boiled mashed potato, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp kasuri methi and salt as per taste.
- Step 2 Cook and add 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix and mash all the ingredients well.
- Step 3 Let the mixture cool.

For Paratha
- Step 1 Now, roll the dough using a rolling pin and fill the stuffing carefully.
- Step 2 Fold the dough edges gently leaving no gaps. Roll out into a thick round paratha.
- Step 3 On a tawa, apply 1 tsp oil and roast both sides till done.
- Step 4 Serve with mint chutney.
