- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/2 cup buckwheat flour, 1 tbsp besan, 1/4 cup chopped methi leaves, 1/3 cup boiled mashed potato, 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd. Mix well.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, and salt as per taste.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped ginger.
- Step 4 Add water as required and knead to make a dough.
- Step 5 Divide and roll to make round parathas.
- Step 6 In a nonstick pan, roast the parathas on both sides using 1 ½ tsp ghee.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
