Bruschetta Tomato Topping Recipe

A sourdough bread slice topped with fresh veggies and sprinkled with aromatic herbs, makes a perfect snack.

2 No(22.0 gm) Sourdough Bread(Slice)

2 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Tomato(Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(1.0 gm) Basil Leaves(Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic(Grated)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper(Powder)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
  • For Topping

    In a bowl add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp chopped casil Leaves, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 tsp olive oil and sprinkle 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.

  • Slice the bread into desired shape and dry toast in a pan until crisp.

  • Smear the mixture on the slices and delicious tomato bruschetta is ready !
