Bruschetta Mushroom Topping Recipe

A sourdough bread slice topped with fresh veggies and sprinkled with aromatic herbs, makes a perfect snack. Fresh mushrooms in th topping add nutritional value to the dish.

2.0 Chopped Tbsp(12.0 gm) Mushroom
2.0 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Onion
2.0 Chopped Tsp(6.0 gm) Tomato
2.0 Grated Tsp(5.0 gm) Cheese
1.0 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Basil Leaves
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 2 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped mushroom, 2 tsp chopped basil leaves, 1 tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 2 tsp grated cheese and mix well.

  • Place 2 sourdough bread slices and spread the mushroom mixture on it.

  • Serve a delicious bruschetta.
