- Step 1 Grind 1/4 cup brown rice to a fine powder and set aside
- Step 2 Heat a pan, add water and bring it to a boil
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp salt and brown rice flour and mix it quickly
- Step 4 Keep stirring until all water is absorbed and a soft dough is formed
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 6 Knead the dough with 1/2 tsp coconut oil and divide into evensized balls
- Step 7 Roll it to a round shape
- Step 8 Heat a tawa, place the tortilla and roast on both sides until light brown
- Step 9 Use it as a wrap for any filling of your choice
