Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1 star anise, 1 bay leaf, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2
Add 2 tsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tsp chopped carrot and cook until soft
- Step 3
Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder and mix well
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, cooked brown rice and mix it well
- Step 5
Add 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, matki sprouts and cook until all flavors combine well
- Step 6
Give it Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 7
Serve with raita.
