1 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Moong Dal
1/4 Chopped Cup(14.0 gm) Broccoli
4 Tbsp(54.0 gm) Brown Rice
150 Ml(150.0 ml) Water
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
2 Number(0.22 gm) Cloves
1/4 Tsp(0.74 gm) Hing
5 Number(0.55 gm) Kadi Patta
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
  • Heat 2 tsp ghee in a pressure cooker or pressure pan.

  • Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 cloves, 5 kadi patta,1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp hing and saute.

  • Next, add 1/4 cup chopped broccoli and saute well.

  • Add 4 tbsp brown rice,1 tbsp green gram dal and 1/4 tsp salt.

  • Add water, close the lid and pressure cook for up to 3 whistles.

  • Serve hot.
