Brown Rice Recipe

Brown rice is a highly nutritious food. It is a whole grain that is relatively low in calories , high in fiber, gluten-free and can be incorporated into a variety of dishes.

1/4 Cup(56.0 gm) Brown Rice
3/4 Cup(188.0 ml) Water
  • In a pressure cooker add 1/4th cup washed brown rice and sufficient water, cover with the lid and let it cook.

  • Serve hot.
