1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1/3 Grated Tbsp(4.0 gm) Garlic

  • In a blender add cooked whole masoor , 2/3 tbsp lemon juice, white til paste,1/3 tbsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp saunf, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt.

  • Blend to make a smooth paste.

  • Hummus is ready to be served.
