- Step 1 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1/8 tsp rai, and allow it to splutter.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 5 kadi patta, 1/8 tsp hing, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped carrot and 2 tbsp chopped cabbage.
- Step 3 Add soaked dalia and 1/4 tsp salt, and sauté well.
- Step 4 Pour in the required water and cook until soft and fluffy.
- Step 5 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
