- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, add 1 tsp chopped almonds,1 tsp chopped cashew nuts, 1 tsp chopped pista, 8 raisins and roast until light brown.
- Step 2 Add the cooked daliya, 1/4 cup chopped apple and mix.
- Step 3 Pour 1.5 cups skimmed milk and simmer over medium heat.
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp chopped jaggery and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and mix well.
- Step 5 Simmer until it thickens a little.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts.
- Step 7 Delicious Dalia Kheer is ready!
