40 Ml(40.0 ml) Water
1/4 Chopped Cup(32.0 gm) Apple
2 Chopped Tbsp(36.0 gm) Jaggery
2 Tbsp(24.0 gm) Dalia
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Cashewnut
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Pista
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Raisin
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
1 Cup(204.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
  • In a Kadai, heat 2 tsp ghee, add 1 tsp chopped almonds,1 tsp chopped cashew nuts, 1 tsp chopped pista, and 1 tsp raisin.

  • Roast for a min and then add cooked dalia and 1/4 cup chopped apple.

  • Roast well.

  • Now, add 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and stir well.

  • Then add 2 tbsp chopped jaggery, 1/8th tsp elaichi powder and mix well.

  • Allow the mixture to thicken, turn off the heat.

  • Delicious Dalia Kheer is ready to serve hot.
