This extremely easy pancake is packed full of protein and fibre. Make these pancakes for your breakfast and are great for tiffin lunches too.
Cook 2 tsp rice
In a bowl, add cooked 2 tsp rice, 1 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp grated broccoli, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp jeera powder and 1/4th tsp salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
In a frying pan, add 1/2 tsp oil and spread the above pancake mixture.
Cover & cook till done.
Flip the pancake and cook on the other side.
Serve it hot.
