- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tsp rice that has been cooked, 1 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp grated broccoli, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 4 In a pan, add 1.25 tsp oil and spread the above pancake mixture.
- Step 5 Cover & cook till done.
- Step 6 Flip the pancake and cook on the other side.
- Step 7 Serve it hot.
