1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.

  • Add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic, broccoli florets, and some water.

  • Season with 1/2 tsp salt.

  • Cover and cook with a lid.
