Broccoli Sago Paratha Recipe

2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Sabudana
1.0 Grated Tbsp(6.0 gm) Broccoli
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(6.0 gm) Ghee
25.0 Ml(25.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, mashed sabudana, and 2 tbsp grated broccoli.

  • Then, add 1/4th tsp each of salt, green chilly paste, and jeera powder.

  • Add sufficient water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.

  • Roll the dough ball into a paratha using a rolling pin.

  • Roast both sides of the paratha thoroughly on a heated tawa, with 1.5 tsp ghee.

  • Serve hot.
