Kids will not be able to resist this broccoli sago paratha, as it delivers them with energy and their daily intake of vitamin C, dietary fiber, and protein. A great way to sneak nutritious vegetables into a fussy kid's snack.
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, mashed sabudana, and 2 tbsp grated broccoli.
Then, add 1/4th tsp each of salt, green chilly paste, and jeera powder.
Add sufficient water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
Roll the dough ball into a paratha using a rolling pin.
Roast both sides of the paratha thoroughly on a heated tawa, with 1 tsp ghee.
