Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add soaked sabudana, mashed potato, ground peanuts, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp jeera, and 1/2 salt
- Step 2 Mix all the ingredients well
- Step 3 Then add 1/8 cup grated broccoli
- Step 4 Add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix again
- Step 5 Roll the mixture into balls and press gently
- Step 6 In a pan, heat oil for frying
- Step 7 Fry the patties till they turn golden brown
- Step 8 Serve hot with mint chutney
