Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 3 tbsp grated broccoli and saute for a minute.
- Step 2
Add water as required and cook until broccoli is soft. Add roasted ragi flour, whisk and cook it well.
- Step 3
Add Nestle maggi coconut milk powder slurry, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp salt, mix and simmer for a few minutes.
- Step 4
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Serve warm.
