2 Grated Tbsp(18.0 gm) Pumpkin
2 Grated Tbsp(11.0 gm) Broccoli
2 Tbsp(27.0 gm) Cream Cheese
2 Boiled Chopped Tbsp(22.0 gm) Sweet Potato
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Number(18.0 gm) Lettuce
2 Slice(12.0 gm) Tomato
2 Slice(18.0 gm) Onion
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
66 Gm(66.0 gm) Burger Bun
  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated broccoli, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp salt and boiled and mashed sweet potato.

  • Mix all the ingredients well.

  • Shape a patty from the mashed mix and coat with 1 tbsp bread crumbs.

  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Shallow fry the patty until it turns golden brown from all sides.

  • Slice open 1 mediumsized burger bun, through the center.

  • Apply 1 tbsp of cream cheese on each half, put 2 slices of onion, 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the patty.

  • Cover the bun and serve.
