2 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Oats
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
2 Grated Tbsp(11.0 gm) Broccoli
3 Tbsp(46.0 ml) Coconut Milk
  • Heat 1 tsp oil, roast 2 tbsp oats till light brown.

  • Add 2 tbsp grated broccoli and saute for a min.

  • Pour in 3 tbsp coconut milk and water as desired.

  • Add 1/8th tsp salt and black pepper powder.

  • Mix all ingredients well

  • Serve warm
