In a bowl, Mix together 1/2 cup boiled chopped potato, 1/2 cup boiled chopped broccoli, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4th tsp red chilly powder.
Make cutlets from the prepared mix and coat in 1 tbsp breadcrumbs.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil and fry the cutlets.
Serve hot with sauce or dip of your choice.
