Broccoli Cutlet Recipe

these crispy cutlets are extremely protein dense and delicious! These are very easy to make and make a perfect evening snack.

1/2 Cup(28.0 gm) Broccoli (Chopped)

1/2 Cup(91.0 gm) Potato (Chopped )
ingredients
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
  • In a bowl, Mix together 1/2 cup boiled chopped potato, 1/2 cup boiled chopped broccoli, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4th tsp red chilly powder.

  • Make cutlets from the prepared mix and coat in 1 tbsp breadcrumbs.

  • Heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil and fry the cutlets.

  • Serve hot with sauce or dip of your choice.
