2 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Grated Tsp(4.0 gm) Garlic
2 Tsp(5.0 ml) Olive Oil
3 Boiled Chopped Tbsp(34.0 gm) Sweet Potato
1/2 Grated Cup(51.0 gm) Broccoli
  • In a pan, heat 2 tsp olive oil, add 1 tsp grated garlic, 1/2 cup grated broccoli and saute well.

  • Now, add 3 tbsp boiled chopped sweet potato, boiled sweet corn,1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.

  • Serve fresh.
