Broccoli Coconut Dip Recipe

A lovely green hued Dip with the goodness of Broccoli and Coconut which is delightfully tasty and goes well with cracker, snack or even veggie sticks

1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
1.5 Grated Tbsp(25.0 gm) Broccoli
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut
1/4 Tsp(0.3 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
3 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Coconut Cream
  • Heat 1 tsp olive oil, add 1 tbsp chopped cashew nut and roast till golden brown.

  • Add 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/4th cup boiled broccoli and saute it for a min.

  • Add 1/8th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp black pepper powder.

  • Cool it and blend it with 2 tbsp coconut cream till smooth consistency.

  • Serve with your favorite accompaniment.
