Thick and Creamy Soup is a delicious, healthy calcium and protein rich soup alternative! It is extremely easy to make and doesn't take very long!
Heat kadhai on low flame, add 1 tsp oil, 2 no. tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, & mix well.
Now add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp salt & mix well.
Then add 1/4th cup chopped broccoli, saute well.
Add water, 1/2 cup milk and 20 gm cheddar cheese.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes & blend until smooth.
