Broccoli Cheddar Soup Recipe

1/4 Chopped Cup(14.0 gm) Broccoli
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
2 Number(0.18 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
20 Gm(20.0 gm) Cheddar Cheese
  • Heat kadhai on low flame, add 1 tsp oil, 2 no. tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, & mix well.

  • Now add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp salt & mix well.

  • Then add 1/4th cup chopped broccoli, saute well.

  • Add water, 1/2 cup milk and 20 gm cheddar cheese.

  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes & blend until smooth.

  • Serve hot.
