To prepare salad dressing, add 1 tbsp lemon juice,1 tsp each of mustard sauce and grated garlic in a bowl.
Then, add 2 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp olive oil,1/4th tsp salt, and 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
Now, add 1/8th cup of the julienne onion, 1/4th cup each of boiled chopped broccoli and grated carrot.
Mix and toss all the ingredients well.
