Broccoli Carrot Salad Recipe

1/4 Boiled Chopped Cup(25.0 gm) Broccoli
1/4 Grated Cup(36.0 gm) Carrot
0.13 Chopped Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Tbsp(12.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1.0 Grated Tsp(4.0 gm) Garlic
2.0 Tsp(22.0 gm) Honey
1.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Mustard Sauce
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(1.0 ml) Olive Oil
  • To prepare salad dressing, add 1 tbsp lemon juice,1 tsp each of mustard sauce and grated garlic in a bowl.

  • Then, add 2 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp olive oil,1/4th tsp salt, and 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.

  • Now, add 1/8th cup of the julienne onion, 1/4th cup each of boiled chopped broccoli and grated carrot.

  • Mix and toss all the ingredients well.
