A cooling side dish perfect to flavor any bland food or dish and elevate the nutritional content.
In a bowl add 1/4th cup curd, 2 tbsp grated broccoli,1 tbsp rajma, 1/8th tsp grated garlic,1/8th tsp black salt.
To it add 3 teared basil leaves and 1tsp chia seeds.
Mix all ingredients well.
Chill and serve
Yummy broccoli basil bean raita is ready.
