2 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Broccoli (Grated)

1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Rajma
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.52 gm) Garlic(Grated)
ingredients
3 No.(0.63 gm) Basil Leaves
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Chia Seeds
ingredients
As Required(0.52 gm) Black Salt
  • In a bowl add 1/4th cup curd, 2 tbsp grated broccoli,1 tbsp rajma, 1/8th tsp grated garlic,1/8th tsp black salt.

  • To it add 3 teared basil leaves and 1tsp chia seeds.

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • Chill and serve
