Knead a soft dough using 3.5 tbsp of wheat flour and water as needed.

In a bowl, add 2 tbsp boiled chopped broccoli, 2 tbsp grated baby corn, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, and mix well.

Divide the dough into equal parts and roll it into a round roti.

Place the stuffing, seal the edges, and roll out gently.

Heat 1.5 tsp ghee in a pan, place the paratha and roast it from both sides.

Serve hot.
