Layers of cooked dough stuffed with broccoli and baby corn roasted to perfection, making it an eye catching dish for children. It is very good source of fiber, vitamin C, potassium.
In a Bowl, add 1 tbsp boiled broccoli, 2 tbsp grated baby corn, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp coriander powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, mix and set aside.
Take a small portion of dough, add 1 tbsp stuffing and seal.
Roll out it into paratha.
Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan roast paratha making sure both the sides turns golden brown.
