- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp boiled chopped broccoli, 2 tbsp grated baby corn, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding golden raisins.
- Step 3 Divide the dough into equal parts and roll it into a round roti.
- Step 4 Place the stuffing, seal the edges, and roll out gently.
- Step 5 Heat 1.5 tsp ghee in a pan, place the paratha and roast it from both sides.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
