- Step 1
Cook 2 tbsp rice with 1/8 tsp salt and water. Keep aside
- Step 2
In a thick bottom pan, heat 1.5 tsp oil.
- Step 3
To that add 1/4 cup julienne onions and fry till golden brown.
- Step 4
Add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped green chili and saute well.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding ginger.
- Step 6
Then add cooked rice, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 7
Finally add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8
Stir and serve hot.
