They are quick bread upma which can be made in minutes..This verison is lot more healthier since there is lots of vegetables !
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1/4th tsp mustard seeds, 1/4th black gram dal, 4 kadi patta and allow to crackle.
Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp cabbage, 1 tbsp carrot, 1 tbsp peas, 1 tbsp tomato, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp red chilli powder and mix well
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp grated coconut, black sesame seeds as nutritional twist and stir fry
Crush it with hands and garnish with coconut.
