  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1/4 black gram dal, 4 kadi patta and allow to crackle.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp cabbage, 1 tbsp carrot, 1 tbsp peas, 1 tbsp tomato, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder and mix well

  • Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp grated coconut, black sesame seeds as nutritional twist and stir fry

  • Crush it with hands and garnish with coconut.
