- Step 1 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 urad dal, 4 kadi patta, and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp boiled peas, 1 tbsp chopped tomato.
- Step 3 Season with 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder and mix well
- Step 4 Add bread cubes and mix everything well.
- Step 5 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and 1 tsp grated coconut.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
