1.0 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
4.0 Number(0.44 gm) Kadi Patta
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Chana Dal
1/4 Tsp(0.95 gm) Urad Dal
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
  • In a kadai, add 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp urad dal, 1/2 tsp chana dal, 5 kadi patta and allow to crackle.

  • Now add 2 chopped brown wheat bread slices, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp salt.

  • Roast untill it turns crispy and crush with hands.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Mix and serve.
