- Step 1 In a kadai, add 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp urad dal, 1/4 tsp chana dal, 4 kadi patta and saute.
- Step 2 Add 2 brown wheat bread pieces and mix.
- Step 3 Season with 1/8 tsp each of haldi, red chilli powder, saute and saute well.
- Step 4 Remove from flame and partially crush the bread pieces.
- Step 5 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut.
- Step 7 Serve warm.
