Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup bread crumbs, mashed potato, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder.
- Step 2
Mix all ingredients and mash well.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 4
Shape into equal sized rolls
- Step 5
Heat oil in a pan and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Step 6
Serve with chutney or dip of your choice.
