Comforting and perfect for autumn, this is a classic bread and butter pudding recipe.This traditional English recipe is fragrant, soft, moist, wobbly beneath with strawberry on top.
Take 2 slices of white bread and grind it into crumbs.
Beat 1 egg in a bowl and keep aside.
Heat a frying pan at a low flame and pour in 1 cup milk.
Once it starts to simmer add 2 tbsp sugar, 1 beaten egg, bread crumbs and 2 tsp of melted butter.
Stirring it well make sure all ingredients are mixed properly.
Once slightly thickened, take off the flame and transfer it to a tin mould.
Place the mould in a double boiler and cover.
Once it is cooked, transfer it to a serving platter.
Garnish with chocolate powder and strawberry.
