Bread Butter Pudding Recipe

2.0 Number(48.0 gm) White Bread
1.0 Egg Whole(45.0 gm) Egg
1.0 Cup(204.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
2.0 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Sugar
  • Preparation

    Heat a frying pan at a low flame and pour in 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk.

  • Once it starts to simmer add 2 tbsp sugar, 1 beaten egg, bread crumbs and 2 tsp of melted butter.

  • Stirring it well make sure all ingredients are mixed properly.

  • Once slightly thickened, take off the flame and transfer it to a tin mould.

  • Place the mould in a double boiler and cover.

  • Once it is cooked, transfer it to a serving platter.

  • Garnish with chocolate powder and strawberry.

  • Serve fresh.
