- Step 1 In a bowl add 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and whisk until smooth.
- Step 2 Add 2.5 tbsp grated cucumber, 2 tbsp grated bottle gourd, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped mint leaves
- Step 4 Serve chilled
