- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 cup diced bottle gourd, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum and 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum.
- Step 2 Cover and cook till soft. Turn off the flame.
- Step 3 Blend till smooth consistency
- Step 4 Put it back on the flame and add a little water along with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 5 Simmer it for 2 minutes.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 7 Serve Warm
