- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/2 cup diced bottle gourd.
- Step 2 Cover and cook till soft.
- Step 3 Blend to a smooth consistency.
- Step 4 Put it back on the flame and add a little water along with 2 tsp grated carrot, 2 tsp chopped capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 6 Simmer it for 2 min
- Step 7 Serve hot.
