1.5 Tsp(5.0 gm) Suji

2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Kokum Syrup

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
  • Place Bombil fish on a cutting board.

  • Add 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp kokum syrup and marinate the fish.

  • In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil. Dip the fish in suji and shallow fry the fish. Flip and fry until it turns light brown and is well cooked.

  • Serve hot with dip/chutney or as a side dish.
