Bombil Fry/Bombay Duck Fry(Fish) is crispy, spicy, tangy and tempting Maharashtrian recipe with powerpack of omega 3 fatty acid and proteins.
Place Bombil fish on a cutting board.
Add 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp kokum syrup and marinate the fish.
In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil. Dip the fish in suji and shallow fry the fish. Flip and fry until it turns light brown and is well cooked.
Serve hot with dip/chutney or as a side dish.
