- Step 1
Place 5 fresh bombil on a cutting board.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp kokum syrup and marinate the fish.
- Step 3
In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil. Coat fish with 1.5 tsp suji and shallow fry the fish. Flip and fry until it turns light brown and is well cooked.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5
Serve hot with dip/chutney or as a side dish.
