Boiled Lobia Recipe

Lobia is loaded with soluble fibre, which binds to cholesterol and helps throw it out of the body, besides keeping constipation away, fibre also boosts satiety and high in protein also.

3 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Chawli
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
As Required(100.0 ml) Water
  • In a pressure cooker add water, 2 tbsp chawli, 1/4 tsp salt and close the lid

  • & pressure cook

  • Serve hot
