Boiled Egg White Bread Sandwich Recipe

1 No.(60.0 gm) Boiled Egg

1 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Mayonnaise

2 No.(10.0 gm) Cucumber (Slice)

3 No.(18.0 gm) Tomato (Slice)

1/8 Tsp(0.31 gm) Black Pepper
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
  • Boil 1 egg, cut into halve, season with black pepper powder and keep aside.

  • Take 2 white breads and spread 2 tsp butter on both the slices.

  • Then spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise on both slices.

  • Add 1/2 sliced boiled egg, 3 tomato slices, 2 cucumber slices, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp salt and then other 1/2 sliced boiled egg on one slice of bread

  • Cover with the other slice and press the sandwich.

  • Sandwich is ready to serve.
