Take 2 tbsp kala vatana paste in a mixing bowl and add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp chopped green chillies, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp salt, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and lastly, 2 tbsp of grated cauliflower.
Mix and add 30 ml water and combine all the ingredients properly to make the pancake batter.
Heat 1 tsp oil on a fresh frying pan.
Pour a large spoonful of pancake batter on the pan and spread it evenly.
Once cooked on one side, flip and let the other side cook.
Serve hot.
