Black Vatana Gobhi Pancake Recipe

1/2 Grated Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
  • Take 2 tbsp kala vatana paste in a mixing bowl and add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp chopped green chillies, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp salt, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and lastly, 2 tbsp of grated cauliflower.

  • Mix and add 30 ml water and combine all the ingredients properly to make the pancake batter.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil on a fresh frying pan.

  • Pour a large spoonful of pancake batter on the pan and spread it evenly.

  • Once cooked on one side, flip and let the other side cook.

  • Serve hot.
