1.0 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Black Til
2.0 Chopped Tsp(4.0 gm) Garlic
1.0 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(4.0 ml) Olive Oil
15.0 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
In a grinding jar, grind together 1 tbsp black til, 1.5 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1.5 tsp olive oil, 1/8 tsp salt and water, till a smooth consistency is obtained
Transfer to a bowl and serve cold or at room temperature.
