Black Tahini Dip Recipe

A thick, savory tahini dip that pairs perfectly with pitas or bread stick. A great alternative to the classic tahini dip, very tasty and eye catching. Made from tiny but powerful seeds packed full of B vitamins, Amino acids and minerals such as iron, copper, phosphorus, indeed a must have dip.

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Black Til

1.5 Tsp(4.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
ingredients
2 Tsp(5.0 ml) Olive Oil
ingredients
As Required(25.0 ml) Water
  • In a grinding jar take 1 tbsp black sesame, 1.5 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp olive oil, 1/8th tsp salt and a little water.

  • Blend till a smooth consistency is obtained. Transfer to a bowl.

  • Serve cold or at room temperature.
