- Step 1 In a bowl, add cooked black rice, cooked quinoa, 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped tomato and 2 tsp chopped mint leaves
- Step 2 Season with 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste and toss well.
