- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp butter, add 1 tsp grated garlic, cooked black rice and saute.
- Step 2 Add blanched sweet corn, 1/8 cup julienne red capsicum, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp mixed herbs, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and saute until tender.
- Step 3 Apply 1.5 tbsp pizza sauce to the pizza bread, layer it with black rice mixture and sprinkle 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp butter, place the pizza and add 2 tbsp chopped pineapple.
- Step 6 Cover and roast the pizza until the base is crisp.
- Step 7 Garnish with 4 basil leaves.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
