Black Rice Corn Pizza Recipe

  • Prepreparation

    Soak and cook 1 tbsp of black rice.

  • For Pizza

    Take a pan and heat 1/2 tsp butter add 1 tsp grated garlic and cooked black rice and saute well.

  • Now add 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1/8th cup julienne red capsicum, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp mixed herbs, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and saute well.

  • Take a pizza bread on a pan and spread 1.5 tbsp pizza sauce, add prepared black rice mixture and 1.5 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese.

  • Heat a pan and add 1/2 tsp butter, place the pizza base in the pan and add 2 tbsp chopped pineapple.

  • Close the pan with a lid and cook the pizza.

  • Serve hot.
