Lip smacking fiber, antioxidants and phytochemicals packed one dish meal. A perfect weekend dish, wherein unhealthy ingredients are replaced with nutrient packed healthy ingredients for any family with children.
Soak and cook 1 tbsp of black rice.
Take a pan and heat 1/2 tsp butter add 1 tsp grated garlic and cooked black rice and saute well.
Now add 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1/8th cup julienne red capsicum, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp mixed herbs, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and saute well.
Take a pizza bread on a pan and spread 1.5 tbsp pizza sauce, add prepared black rice mixture and 1.5 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese.
Heat a pan and add 1/2 tsp butter, place the pizza base in the pan and add 2 tbsp chopped pineapple.
Close the pan with a lid and cook the pizza.
