Steps
- Step 1
Knead a semi soft dough using 3/4 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and water as required.
- Step 2
Rest the dough for 5 mins.
- Step 3
Divide it into equal sized balls.
- Step 4
Roll out into round shape.
- Step 5
Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
