79.3 Ml(79.0 ml) Water
1 Grated Tsp(4.0 gm) Garlic
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Jalapeno
1/8 Chopped Cup(18.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Celery Stalk
1/4 Chopped Cup(28.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Tbsp(7.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil add into the 1/4 cup chopped onion,1 tsp chopped celery stalk,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1/8 cup chopped red capsicum,1 tsp chopped jalapeno,1 tsp grated garlic and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1/4 tsp salt,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/2 tbsp jeera powder, boiled black rajma and mix it well.

  • Add into the 1 number of bay leaf , mix and cook it well.

  • Serve hot.
