- Step 1 In a blender add cooked beans, 1/2 tsp oil, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 3 Add a little water and blend until smooth
- Step 4 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and serve
