Black Bean Pasta In Tomato Sauce Recipe

2 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Black Beans
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(0.59 gm) Mixed Herbs
1/2 Tsp(0.55 gm) Oregano
1/2 Tsp(0.76 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/2 Diced Cup(86.0 gm) Tomato
1 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Black Pepper
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Cup(52.0 gm) Macaroni
  • Take a kadhai and melt 1 tsp butter in it.

  • Saute 1 tsp chopped garlic and 1 tsp chopped onion in the butter till they turn golden brown.

  • Add tomato puree, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped jalapeno, 1 tbsp chopped green olive and mix well.

  • Allow it to simmer, then add boiled macaroni and the preserved pasta water, 1 tbsp fresh cream.

  • Mix all the ingredients well.

  • Serve hot.
