Take a kadhai and melt 1 tsp butter in it.
Saute 1 tsp chopped garlic and 1 tsp chopped onion in the butter till they turn golden brown.
Add tomato puree, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped jalapeno, 1 tbsp chopped green olive and mix well.
Allow it to simmer, then add boiled macaroni and the preserved pasta water, 1 tbsp fresh cream.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Serve hot.
