- Step 1 Take a kadhai and melt 1 tsp butter in it.
- Step 2 Saute 1 tsp chopped garlic and 1 tsp chopped onion in the butter till they turn golden brown.
- Step 3 Add tomato puree by blending 1/2 cup blanched tomatoes, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped jalapeno, 1 tbsp chopped olives and mix well.
- Step 4 Allow it to simmer, then add boiled macaroni and the preserved pasta water, cooked black beans and 1 tbsp fresh cream.
- Step 5 Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 6 Give a nestle Twist by adding fresh parsley.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
