Relishing a bowl of freshly made poha with sprinkle of spicy sev as a breakfast or evening snack. Perfect after school snack as it provides instant energy to the kids and also keeps them hunger free for a longer period of time.
Take 1/2 cup poha, wash and soak it. Keep aside.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan and add 1/4th tsp rai.
Once rai starts crackling, add 1 tbsp peanuts and sauté.
Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4th cup julienne onion and further sauté.
Once the onions turn slightly transparent, add 1/8th tsp haldi and mix well.
Add the previously soaked poha, 1/4th tsp salt and mix again.
Making sure all the ingredients are mixed well, add and mix 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and transfer it to a serving plate.
Garnish with 1 tbsp sev.
Serve fresh and hot.
