  • Start by heating 1 tsp oil in a pan.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until it turns golden brown .

  • Lower the heat and add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/4th tsp garam masala powder, some water and mix well.

  • Add 1/8th tsp salt, ground nut powder, some more water and mix again.

  • Now add 1 tbsp each of chopped french beans, capsicum, fresh green peas, carrot and potato.

  • Mix all the ingredients well.

  • Cover the pan with a lid & cook for 510 minutes until the vegetables are properly done.

  • Serve with rotis, rice or salad.
