- Step 1 To prepare sambhar, in a saucepan, add 1/2 tbsp tamarind pulp, 3 drumsticks, 1/8 cup each of diced capsicum, brinjal, and chopped tomato.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp sambhar powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 cup water, mix, and cook well.
- Step 3 Add 1/8 tsp haldi,1/8 cup cooked tur dal and mix well.
- Step 4 To sambhar tempering, heat 1/3 tsp oil.
- Step 5 Add 1/8 tsp each of rai, hing,1/4 dry red chilli and 4 kadi patta.
- Step 6 Saute well, add tempering in the sambhar.
- Step 7 Garnish with 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 tsp grated fresh coconut.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed white and black sesame seeds and mix well.
- Step 9 To prepare bhisibile bhaat, heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan.
- Step 10 Add 1/4 tsp rai, 9 kadi patta, and allow it to crackle.
- Step 11 Now, add the prepared sambhar and cooked rice and mix well.
- Step 12 Finally, add 1/4 tsp of chopped coriander leaves and add 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 13 Serve well.
