Bhindi Vegetable Recipe

1.0 Chopped Cup(97.0 gm) Bhindi
1.0 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.54 gm) Ginger
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Once the oil is heated, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1 cup chopped bhindi and 1/8 tsp salt.

  • Mix all the ingredients well.

  • Cover and cook till the bhindi is tender.

  • Then add 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well.

  • Serve hot with chapattis.
