Bhindi Vegetable Recipe

A vegetable which cooks so commonly and is packed with dietary fiber which keeps individual satiated.

1 Cup(97.0 gm) Bhindi(Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Ginger(Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly(Powder)

1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
ingredients
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
  • Take a fresh pan and heat 2 tsp oil.

  • Once the oil is heated, add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp chopped ginger, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1 cup chopped bhindi and 1/8th tsp salt

  • Mix all the ingredients well.

  • Cover and cook till the bhindi is tender.

  • Then add 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well

  • Serve hot with chapattis.
