A vegetable which cooks so commonly and is packed with dietary fiber which keeps individual satiated.
Take a fresh pan and heat 2 tsp oil.
Once the oil is heated, add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp chopped ginger, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1 cup chopped bhindi and 1/8th tsp salt
Mix all the ingredients well.
Cover and cook till the bhindi is tender.
Then add 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well
Serve hot with chapattis.
