Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil.
Once the oil is heated, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1 cup chopped bhindi and 1/8 tsp salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Cover and cook till the bhindi is tender.
Then add 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
Serve hot with chapattis.
